DESCRIPTION

As Director of Total Information Awareness you will be responsible for the largest surveillance program in history.

Primary responsibilities include oversight and management of Bio-Surveillance, HumanID, Communicator, TIDES, Asymmetric Environment Prediction, Automated Data Discovery and Extraction, Scalable Social Network Analysis, integration of the above into GENISYS, and the development and implementation of new data collection and analysis programs.

Additional duties include incorporation of intelligence data provided by PRISM, ECHELON, SIGNIT; liaison with DIA, CIA, FBI, ONI, CGI, INR, 16 AF, NRO, MIC, OICI, MCI, NGA, TFI, IB, ONSI, I&A, and DEL 7; R&D of secure communications, encryption /decryption systems;  Perfect Citizen vulnerability assessment; and other programs.
