The CIA claimed to have “lost” folder five – the folder dedicated to Lee Harvey Oswald. Then they claimed that it might have been incorporated into Folder 4 or Folder 6. Then they said that maybe Folder 5 didn’t exist at all.
Three, four, six – sounds like government accounting to me!
Inside Folder 5 you will find the complete history of Lee Harvey Oswald’s role in Operation Big Event – his recruitment from the U.S. Marines into the CIA; his staged defection to Russia and welcomed return to the US despite having defected; CIA payroll stubs; assignment orders under Operations Officer William Shelley; and more – all setting the stage for Oswald as a patsy for President Kennedy’s assassination.
Folder Five includes references to Jack Ruby, a CIA operative involved in smuggling guns to Cuban revolutionaries, and MKULTRA, the CIA’s drug-based mind control program under Dr. Louis Jolyon West.
The primary job of the CIA is to overthrow governments. Why would anyone think that the United States is exempt?
